Tim McAvoy is a Commercial Consultant at McAvoy, Belan and Campbell, bringing decades of experience serving businesses across the Niagara region.

Christine Berendt has been in the commercial insurance industry for more than 35 years. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service, sound technical expertise, and practical, proactive advice that enables clients to confidently manage risk while protecting their people, assets, and financial resources. Christine believes that her passion for the insurance industry is a real asset for her clients. In working with Christine, you will find she provides excellent service that is proactive and characterized by integrity, product knowledge, and expertise. Christine’s practical experience is complemented by her educational qualifications. She is a member and holds her Fellowship with both the Insurance Institute of Canada and the Risk Management Society of Canada, and is a Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO).

Krista joined McAvoy, Belan & Campbell in 1999 as a Customer Service Representative and, after obtaining her broker license, became the firm’s Commercial and Benefits Account Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and supports the day-to-day operations of our largest clients.

After earning his broker license from the Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario in 2018, Mac joined McAvoy, Belan & Campbell. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from SUNY Fredonia, and in 2024 was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Niagara South Insurance Brokers Association.
